My Background

I graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience. I am currently in the second year of my Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Florida State University. I have worked in numerous mental health settings such as college counseling centers, psychiatric units, and crisis hotlines. I am passionate about integrating self-compassion, mindfulness, and advocacy into my practice.

How I Can Help You

I would like to foster a safe, collaborate environment that values your voice and individual goals. Together, we can cultivate healing by identifying common trauma responses, building trust, exercising self-compassion, and breaking generational cycles.
